As a near-genius amongst my peers, I am often expected to set the example, (I’m just joking, no one likes me and I have very few friends.) be it grades, athletics, or the record for the most Mountain Dew drunk in a day.  However, being the trendsetter that I am,  I live under the constant pressure of leading my classmates in a positive direction.  It is for that reason that as of now, I am entering a life of seclusion.  My new profession as a hobbit forces me to focus solely on my work, as nothing less than an A will be expected if I want to get into the college of my dreams.  Now, what is the college of my dreams, you ask?  Well, it is not Harvard, Stanford, MIT or any of those other bad schools.  No, my dream school is the one, the only… University of Southeastern Kentucky Community Methodist College.  Now, some of you might scoff at this choice and cautiously warn me of the acceptance rate of only ninety-eight point six percent, but I tell you this: Why is a boy not allowed to follow his dreams?  Why must a boy who has forever dreamed of learning how to hunt and skin possums and weave the pelt into soft bedspreads be refused his fantasy?  To all who share the same aspirations as I do, do not let anyone get in your way. In the words of the great Jeff Bridges/The Dude: “This aggression will not stand, man.” In the end, all colleges provide valuable experiences through which the student matures and grows as a human being, learns interesting new topics and becomes self-reliant.  Most importantly though, there are parties.  Maybe I’ll get invited for once.

This blog is informal to say the least. It's almost like an online journal, filled with stories that I find funny, interesting things/links and anything else that comes to my mind. Enjoy.
